The Office of Environmental Technical Assistance (OETA), in partnership with Eight Northern Indian Pueblos Council, assists the 19 Pueblos, Jicarilla Apache Nation, Mescalero Apache tribe in NM and the Ysleta del Sur Pueblo in El Paso, TX.
